Consultation or Diagnosis - Just $19.95
Our goal is to guide you to the best resolution for your problem. We test every component in your computer, including RAM, hard drive, video card, motherboard and more. Our flat diagnosis rate of $19.95 does not pertain to laptop computers. Because laptops require dismantling, hourly rates apply.

Our minimum check in, or bench fee for all levels of service is $19.95.
Hourly rates do not include any parts required to complete service.
*If parts are on back order or delayed, completion dates may be delayed.
